As project lead, my first goal was to help everyone get on the same page that fit the theme given for the jam, and to keep them coming up with ideas, I wrote everything down for them- We used gdd wizard to rapidly compile the idea that we wanted for the game- then I got to work making a timeline and giving everyone rapid deadlines for the 2 day jam.
It was a lot of work for everyone, but I had a lot of fun doing it.
For this I prototyped all of the game mechanics and got them working in 2 days, this included:
